2. What data we collect and why

2.1 Information you provide via the contact form

When you fill in and submit the contact form on the site, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Name
• Company
• Email address
• Phone number
• Information about your project and your inquiry (free text)

Purpose: We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you regarding a possible collaboration.

Legal basis: The processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in being able to respond to inquiries and conduct our business, as well as to take steps at your request prior to entering into a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

2.2 Visitor statistics via Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

If you consent to statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — for example, which pages are visited and how visitors find their way here. This information helps us improve the website.

GA4 sets cookies (including _ga) and processes information such as a pseudonymized user identifier, IP address (shortened/anonymized by Google), device, browser, and your behavior on the site. We never knowingly send names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information to GA4.

Statistics are collected only if you actively approve statistics cookies in our cookie banner. If you decline, no GA4 cookies are loaded and we do not measure your visit.

Legal basis: Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings on the site.

Recipients: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. The processing is carried out under a data processing agreement (Google Ads Data Processing Terms). Data may be transferred to the USA; such transfers are safeguarded by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and Google’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Cookies

A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser. We use the following types:

• Necessary/functional cookies – required for the site to function (e.g. age verification and management of your cookie choice). These do not require consent.
• Statistics cookies – Google Analytics 4, set only after your consent.
• Marketing cookies – set only if you consent.

4. How long we retain the data

• Contact form: We retain your inquiry for as long as necessary to handle the matter and any subsequent dialogue, after which it is deleted.
• Google Analytics 4: User and event data are retained for [14] months, after which they are automatically deleted.
• Age verification cookie: Up to [13] months, or until you clear your cookies.

5. Who we share data with

We never sell your personal data. We may share data with providers who help us operate the site, who then process the data on our behalf, such as:
